Add Row Details to Blanket Agreement

2022 is almost over! Have you managed to accomplish everything you wanted and planned to? Did you read all the books in your list? Completed assembling the 5,000 pieces puzzle you started in the previous holiday season? And what about the half marathon you promised yourself to run? Well… one book out of 15 is more then nothing, the puzzle is 30% done, and… running 2Ks a week is probably not too bad, right? So, how can you get better next year? How about breaking the great goals into small, defined milestones? Same as you would do with any big project or large scale blanket agreement. When blanket agreement includes the commitment to deliver large quantities of items across relatively long period of time, businesses may plan the delivery in multiple steps. SAP Business One enables you to record those steps and track them using the row details functionality:

Double click a line in the Blanket Agreement Details tab to open the Row Details window. Here you can brake down the planned amount or quantity into the actual delivery plan, including expected frequency, date ranges source or target warehouse etc. Upon the progress you can document in this window also the actual delivery / receipt date and additional details as necessary.

The entered date ranges and quantities are validated against the blanket agreement date range and the quantity entered in the respective line.
