Joining Bangkit 2024, I started a journey of adaptability in five important dimensions: interacting, achieving, learning, working and thinking. Here's a structured glimpse of my experience :
1. Interacting
I was thrown into a varied community of students, mentors, and business experts by the Bangkit program. Changing the way I interacted required me to pick up good English communication skills. In order to promote cooperation and idea sharing, I embraced modern communication methods and platforms.
2. Achieving
My strategy for reaching my objectives changed significantly. The program's ambitious projects and strict framework demanded resilience and a proactive attitude. I gained knowledge on how to create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives and modify my plans in response to input and results. This innovative strategy will help me consistently move closer to my career goals.

3. Learning
The classroom at Bangkit was not like any traditional school I had ever been in. The focus was on practical projects, online courses, and self-directed learning. I made adjustments by using internet resources, aggressively seeking out criticism, and being more independent in my learning process. My capacity for situational adaptation enabled me to pick up challenging technological concepts and cultivate a desire for lifelong learning.
4. Working
Working on projects with people from different backgrounds necessitated a change in my working style. I adjusted by adopting agile approaches, remaining receptive to all viewpoints, and discovering how to best utilize the individual capabilities of every team member. Through this experience, I have learned the value of adaptability, empathy, and productive teamwork.
5. Thinking
The Bangkit program forced me to change the way I thought. I developed my critical thinking skills, my creative problem-solving abilities, and my growth attitude. In order to adapt to complicated issues and quick technology advancements, I saw hurdles as chances for development and creativity. This change in perspective has helped me not just get through the program but also face obstacles in life and at work with hope and resiliency..
Adapting in these five ways during the Bangkit 2024 program was instrumental in my personal and professional development. These adaptations helped me to navigate the program successfully, laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors in the technology sector.
