ADAPTING BY PRIORITIZING TO SERVE...

Sometimes you have to adapt to changing situations and on this particular leadership call two of my men were in need of some support from the rest of us, so we adapted to step up and serve them.
As a result, we went completely off of the planned agenda, but as I got taught years ago... "a plan is only good until the first shot is fired." When two people show up in need of some personal help, even if we have an agenda and two men showing up this way is incredibly rare, AND this was going to be our last leadership call until our training season is over in July when two current training programs graduate... with all of that in mind I had to prioritize what was best going to serve the mission of our work in restoring purpose to men's lives and unleashing mentors and leaders into the world.
And of course, it would be the best decision, and it moved everyone forward as a definitely helped to forward our mission.
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and so making sure that each link of the chain is as strong as possible will obviously have the entire chain of this leadership team be strong as well.
We needed to contribute to their growth so that they can then be better contributors to other people's growth. Leaders causing leaders to lead!
Imagine that world!
