Ada Mode Limited Welcomes Rachel Cornah as a new Non-Executive Director
Ada Mode were delighted to welcome Rachel Cornah to the executive team yesterday in her new role as Non-Executive Director as part of the Women in Nuclear UK program to match talented women with organisations.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience to the team from over 15 years of work within the nuclear and mining sectors across project management, change management and business improvement. As part of her role as an NED Rachel will bring a different perspective to the Ada Mode board to constructively challenge, provide an independent mindset and to consistently drive our strategic performance.
WiN UK is one of over 30 international chapters under the umbrella of Women in Nuclear Global and under the presidency of Ivan Baldwin has a stated mission to address the nuclear industries gender balance and improve the representation of women in leadership. Ada Mode is proud to be part of this initiative to attract, retain and promote dialogue around these topics and were excited to be working with Rachel over the upcoming year.
