More than 3 decades of existence and I have yet to discover a lot about myself and the world we live in.

More than 3 decades of existence and yet we continue to ask ourselves?what does it really mean to live a full life?

• Is it about wealth?
• Is it about a successful career?
• Is it about pursuing your passion?
• Is it about having a large group of friends or a wide reach of professional networks?
• Is it about service and helping other people?
• Is it about loving and being loved?
• Is it about living and embracing your own truth?
• Is it about happiness and contentment?
• Is it about learning from the past, embracing the present, and looking forward to what the future can bring?

Can living a full life be all of these or more?

More than 3 decades of existence and yet I still have a lot of questions — questions that I yearn to have answers, questions that I might not even able to figure out.

More than 3 decades of existence and here are the principles that have influenced how I’ve been aspiring to make the most out of my life.

• When we are pulled back, the stronger that?we can accelerate forward.
• Our lives overlap and intertwine. The earlier?we?embrace the beauty of similarities and differences of people, the stronger our appreciation and respect for each other is. We can build a community where empathy and kindness can foster.
• We live in a world of relationships, friendships, networks, and family.?Choose the only ones who matter. Those who matter allows you to also choose yourself. Those who matter reminds you that self-care is not selfish.
• We create our own levers of success.?We define what makes our life meaningful and relevant. When we experience failures, we can choose to rise through these trials and build our own set of wings so we can fly.
• In everything that we do and experience,?we should always keep moving forward.

Wherever I am now, whatever I have achieved, whoever I have helped, and how I have been making each moment matter, one thing remains certain for me. We exist to continuously become a better version of ourselves.?Each day brings an amazing gift and opportunity to be more.?We are born for greater things.

What life brings can be uncertain, confusing, and scary.?Take courage. Be brave.
