Good Morning Gorgeous People!
I belong to a private group that focus on "Loving Life to the Max." and today our discussion was "Random Acts of Kindness", which lead me to zone in on this topic. When I think of random acts of kindness, I think, it as a natural instinct, opening the door for someone, complimenting someone, saying good morning to strangers, assisting someone as their trying to lift something.
Than there is the exceptional random acts of kindness that you may read about, ie. the celebrity that gave an enormous tip for service, or the Football player who buys $17k worth of toys for disadvantaged children.
Do you make it part of your everyday to do 1 good thing for somehow out there, or maybe your just naturally good things all day long.
Kindness is part of the 12 Universal Laws of attraction, "Law of Giving and Receiving". All it takes is coming from a place of love, you too reap the benefits of strangers doing nice things for you. "Deepak Chopra advises the law of giving and receiving are part of the same action. If you want to receive more, you have to give more. Money is a symbol of the life energy we've given in service to the universe". I will just add it also comes from intention, if your just giving to receive more universally yes you will receive but not at the same heightened level of coming from a place of love.
Here's your challenge, take 1 week of doing acts of kindness and journal them down, observe the universal laws of give and receive you too will see the various acts of kindness returned, the ripple effect.
Most importantly as we do wonderful things for so many, please don't forget to be kind to yourself. Whether it's the words you say to yourself or the way you feel about yourself, remember you came from love, your brilliant, gorgeous and everything always works out for you!
I am starting my week with smiling and saying good morning to strangers, from there stopping by one of my favourite boutiques and bringing in some goods for the staff. We don't have to change the world, just change how we approach and choose to see our world.
Your Brilliant and Kind!
Happy Monday!
