So we are over halfway through January, and I want to ask you.
Are you on track for your new client goals this month?
Taking stock and asking ourselves that question can sometimes be frustrating, especially when we aren’t reaching the goals that we have set for ourselves.
But as always it gives us a chance to tweak, refine and sometimes reset.
So what do you do if you aren’t hitting your new client goals right now?
The simple answer. Activity!
But not just any activity.
Getting new clients always comes down to how much activity you are doing to get seen and build an audience.
The more people you have in your audience with the pain point you solve, the more people you can serve.
It is easy to do things that we feel are useful, but we are often wasting our time and energy in real time with just keeping ourselves busy doing anything, and not the right things.
So just quickly, here are some simple activities you could do to build an audience fast.
Find referral sources with similar products and services like your business and do cross-promotion with them. Simple. Easy. Effective.
Find speaking opportunities that allow you to get in front of many people at once - even virtually is great. Again. Simple. Easy. Effective.
Share your expertise on social media platforms and team up with other people to leverage into new networks, to better create your “authority” in that area.
Join groups, associations, or clubs where all of your ideal clients hang out or are members.
Doing simple activities every day will get you to your end goal, and before you know it, you will reach that end number.
