Activities and Entertainment WITHOUT the Travel

Activities and Entertainment WITHOUT the Travel

Your requirements for your next event are straight forward, right?

Perfect, so let’s make one up for now … a two day, one night residential conference in the home counties for 80 delegates.

I can do that upside down, hands tied behind my back, that’s the beauty of my experience and knowledge.

But, what if that proposal that lands in your inbox tells you a bit more? What if it starts to build ideas that don’t just lead to a venue for your event but an event itself?

There’s a growing trend for venues to offer something different, have that special attraction, offer the add-on that only that venue can offer and, really, what’s not to like? It’s a “hook” but a win/win.

There’s more choice than ever before especially when it comes to creating an experience.

Business is business …

… and that’s what conferences, events and meetings all have at the heart of them.

But why not tinker around a bit, see what else the venue can offer?

It doesn’t need to cost a fortune.?

Email me your venue requirements/brief to?[email protected] ?and I’ll email venue options to your inbox.

It’s the need to get corporate messages across, to brainstorm, to collaborate.? Basically, to do business, but how many times, when you’re discussing a policy change or talking about the time a certain announcement was made does an association with something else come up??

A memory??Food? An Activity? A Shared Experience?

Food is always the obvious one and, let’s face it, there’s a whole variety of TV programmes out there from Great British Bake Off to Sunday Brunch to prove how obsessed we are with food.

So why not blend that into an event, make food part of your delegate experience.? You don’t even have to roll out the coach transfers with the following all being hotel based experiences.

Turning the dinner heat up:

But let’s not leave it there, so you’ve had your conference, you’ve built in an activity that has seen the group bond amazingly well and now it’s time for the private dinner.

So how about you turn up the heat up?

Have you thought about a Jazz speakeasy vibe? Like the Leo Green Experience !

Have you thought about a magician like Dan Hudson ? (Dan is really, really, really funny)

Have you thought about a cabaret act? Like Morgan James, “Outside My Stories … His Music” (Contact Jason Ward for more information)
