A growing USA based human capital management solutions company, is seeking an exceptional Software Developer/ Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead with a strong technical acumen to work at their Noida based R&D cum development setup.

Open Positions:: Sr. Software Developer/Tech Lead.

Working Shift: USA/UK

Desire candidate(s) must having Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Computer Applications from an accredited institution.

? Total development and support experience between 7 to 12 years, having done projects in a mix of desktop and web-based applications. People having some amount of support experience would be preferred.

? Strong hands on skills on SQL Server 2012/2016, including use of analyzing and debugging tools, query optimization, transaction handling, stored procedures, triggers and views.

? Strong hands on skills on web and desktop-based applications development using Vb.net, asp.net and C#, working knowledge of web services (SOAP, WCF, web API) Exposure to AJAX and Angular JS would be added advantage.

 ? Familiarity with at least one source control tool like VSS, PVCS or SVN. Ability to understand the product details and handle the customer queries and issues as per established support process.

? Person is expected to understand functional requirements, develop technical design and should be able to communicate the same to the team members effectively.
