News Story

CEO of Decathlon,?Barbara Martin Coppola, has highlighted a study from Taipei Medical University showing that prolonged sitting at work increases mortality risks. Regular breaks or just 15 minutes of daily exercise can help offset these dangers. Also, simply alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day can reduce these risks by up to 16%.?

These findings emphasise the importance of staying active to counteract the negative effects of sedentary work habits.

As we step into March, get motivated and let's remember the rejuvenating power of getting outside. Embrace the milder weather and longer days by taking your activities outdoors.?
