Paul began his studies in India with Tibetan people where he studied natural medicines, then law then nursing and midwifery.? He has always been focused on justice and human rights.

He has had extensive legal professional and academic training e.g. his law masters in NZ thesis focused on human rights and mediation in maternity care.? He then worked for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ completing ongoing training with AMINZ as professional Mediator).

Paul has over twenty years litigation experience.? Has taken cases in Employment Tribunals, Courts, provides Expert Witness Reports. Lecturers in law (human Rights, healthcare etc).??

Paul founded the Human Rights Action (HRA) group and currently invites others to join as volunteers.? HRA gives legal and clinical advice to families, clinicians and governments.?

Paulworked as a midwife in hospitals and independently throughout the UK (London, Oxford, Winchester, Pand in a variety of government and private hospitals throughout the UK New Zealand AOTEAROA, Australia Asia etc.??

Paul lectures globally including: Russia, China, India, Europe, Australasia etc.?

He provides Mediation Communication Workshops in person and online.??

He is a neonatal intensive care specialist nurse and provides newborn feeding support including tongue tie release (frenulotomy).?

He has a special interest in twins as he and his sons are identical twins.??

He has been working with birth for over thirty years and is now writing and beginning projects with filmmaking on global human rights and childbirth choices.??

New Zealand Aotearoa has almost half of their midwives as independent paid by the State.? They work autonomously focused on the mama baby yet remain accountable for their professional actions to their regulator and government healthcare investigators.?

Paul would like to see a world with greater fairness and natural justice where women have full autonomy over their bodies without coercion.? His work is focused on education and legal challenges to create the changes we all want.

He focuses on the Human Rights Article 8

The Right to Private and Family Life which is frequently breached by state authorities in the name of local laws or fear based healthcare.
