Actions You Take Over Words You Make

It is so easy to turn a blind eye at times.
Ignore what is blatantly in front of us, staring us in the face, yet too tough and challenging to acknowledge for one reason or another.
Whether it is a risk to our job or not.
Or a threat to our social status.
Potentially making us look bad or feel bad.
Whatever it may be, as the Stoics especially preached even thousands of years ago, or people like Ryan Holiday today, your actions speak for themselves.
Every. Single. Time.
It doesn’t matter if others told us to do it, or if you didn’t mean to have bad intentions.
If something unideal happens and we play a part in it, we are responsible in one way or another.
It is a harsh but true reality (even for myself and my Ego), but that is where the opportunity lies for us.
Speak less.
Listen more.
And live out your day-to-day actions how you want them to be.
Another crucial part of longevity and sustainability for self and others.
How do you see it?
