Actions you can take today in a tough market

Actions you can take today in a tough market

We spend less than 50% of our time talking to clients & prospects. The best results are achieved at 70/80%.

Who should I speak with ?

What should I say ?

What information should I provide to show I'd like to add some value?

Your systems and processes form good habits.?

Personalisation or Hyper Personalisation ? Vanilla marketing or communication with class??

Right people, right time. Personalise for for your audience.?

More emails just generate more emails. Yes, sorry, I'm not helping.

Use the phone and make it a priority (if I've not called you in the last 90 days I'm not taking my own advice.

Call your past clients offer an annual business review.

Increasing the frequency in tougher times pays off.?

Ask questions regarding future plans and ask what do they know about the current market place. How are interest rates and bills effecting them and their businesses. Amplify your connection. Be relevant and consistent. Follow a model. e.g. contact days 1,3, 7, 10, 30, 90, 365 Staying touch tight with your clients may seem too much, however they already, know, like and trust you.?

Every opportunity has a life time value, it's not a transaction it's a relationship.

No one can do what you do.

You offer an experience and everyone else just offers a service.

Asking yourself "?If I had to win against me, how would I do this?

Make all actions simple and frictionless.?

Ask your past clients. " Why did you choose to use us"

1,2,3 reason and explain this to every new prospect and client. Story tell.?

If you are not designing the perfect customer experience somebody else will!

Find problems, find pain, deliver features and benefits, offer solutions.

Strive for excellence in all you do, it's the only uncluttered market.

Trial close and go!?

You don't have to, you choose to.?

Until next time....?
