Actions & Tips to Develop Resilience with Emotional Intelligence
On the occasion of the International Day of Happiness, here I'm expressing a little bit to help individuals get closer to the true meaning of 'happiness' in our work life.
First of all, confirm that it’s a demanding world out there.
Yeah, we all know life can get tough sometimes. Unexpected pressures from careers, family, health matters,? or relationships could? suddenly overwhelm us. There are moments we temporarily lose the ability to absorb emotions, recover, and get our lives back to normal.
But here's the good news, we all have this amazing inner strength called Resilience. It's like a superpower that helps us bounce back from difficult situations. It's also like having a toolbox full of mental tricks and habits that help us cope with stress and adapt to difficult situations.
Some people might find this easier than others, but the important part is that anyone can learn to be more resilient.
Seeing many of my friends, colleagues struggling with their worklife, how coincidental indeed, I just finished the Udemy course by? Robin Hill - How to Develop Emotional Resilience to Manage Stress, would like to share a little bit on Strategies to Develop resilience with Emotional Intelligence (EI)
You don't need to have knowledge with EI in advance. Just read my notes from 1-8
