Actions are always more Powerful than Words

As we mature in life, some principles take on deep meaning. One of the most powerful things I discovered being out networking and moving around in groups as a personal quote is, "If others see your actions have taken the place of your impulsion to share it without inquiry, then you grow organically and in very big ways.

There is one more thing that should not be avoided. That is that first important step of taking action to begin with. In the gym this morning, I thought about some of the habits I would like to change. That led me to begin those changes immediately. There is nothing better than getting back to good, strong, and solid habits for all the right reasons. If you know that feeling you get when you are persistent. When you stack those good habits up, it leads to lasting change, better health and better wellness. Our habits define us.

We all know what the alternative brings if your motivation is ever low or your energy has been zapped for whatever the reason it has.

If I had never became a Certified Success Principles trained coach, I may have missed the value of learning about persistence. It is Principle 22 in the Success Principles Book. "Practice Persistence".

Learn to add habits that you know will benefit you and fill them in the areas where you have any time waster activity that is useless. You sometimes have to go at this outside of any spotlight. The best productivity I have had is when I block out my time to only productive activity and actions when I am separated from daily distractions and in a hyper focused way.

Chapter 22 dives into who said you should give up on your dreams. Success says -Never give up on your dreams". It also says - Never, never, never give up. Hang in there and how to deal with obstacles. Its the most powerful thing to learn how to confront being stuck. The chapter suggest to stop and brainstorm, come up with three different strategies for handling the obstacle by being solution oriented.

B.C. Forbes Founder of FORBES magazine says: "History has demonstrated that the most notable winners usually encountered heartbreaking obstacles before they triumphed. They won because they refuse to become discouraged by their defeats.

Are you solution or problem oriented is a really good question. Just keep being persistent because you will persevere when your habits become ingrained.
