When a hotheaded mixed martial arts fighter kills a man in the ring, only intervention from a charismatic minister prevents him from suicide.

 Forgiven and inspired, Josh Logan vows to lay down his gloves and serve the Lord as a small town preacher. Even when a natural gas company owner bullies town folk into surrendering their mineral rights, Josh is determined to find a peaceful solution. 

 That is, until gas company thugs put a target on his back and brutally violate his girlfriend, feisty environmental investigator Maya Rios. 

 Now Josh must make a tough choice: turn the other cheek, or once again become an ass-kicking machine.
