The full quote highlights exactly how building the right team is important for your success as well as how having the wrong team is a cause of immense stress and pressure for business owners.
Putting together the "dream team" for your business can be as easy as taking "action" rather than the "information approach". With a plethora of training options open to employers, it can often be bewildering when trying to find the strategies that are going to achieve results.
