?? Find your next role in Product with confidence

Ever stumbled upon a framework so simple yet powerful that it sticks with you for years?

Tami Reiss's "the only 3 questions you need" framework is just that: where to, where from, where next. I've seen it echo across different contexts, and it never fails to amaze me.

1?? Figure out what's the direction you want to follow

2?? Understand where you're coming from and where you are right now

3?? Discover your next step towards the vision

Participants of our Product Weekend PM Career Accelerator are about to dive deep into this transformative approach. Imagine envisioning where you're headed, reflecting on where you've come from, and strategizing your next steps, all in one intensive, career-boosting event ??

Join us from 16th to 18th October and experience firsthand the power of these questions. We still have a few spots left, so don't miss out! Check our website for the details ??

?? The secret weapon against burnout

Ever felt the crushing weight of high expectations and relentless pressure? Whether it was hustling at a startup to make rent or navigating the ever-rising bar at Amazon, I've been there. And guess what? From my experience, it's not the hours that break you—it's the goals that don't resonate and the people who don't support you ??

In the last months, while prepping for delivering workshops together with Joao Moita in Product Weekend events, in companies for Product Teams and soon at PRODUCTIZED, I dove deep into the concept of Psychological Safety and its role in preventing burnout. This isn't just theory; it's lived experience. When your team feels safe, they're more innovative, collaborative, and resilient.

One quote I empathize a lot with is "Burnout is not caused by working long hours. It's caused by working on goals you don't believe in, for people you don't like." ??

This insight will be an important part of our upcoming training. Let's create environments where our teams can thrive, not just survive, because a safe team is a strong team.
