Actionable Innovations Conversations with Courtney Welsh of Global Nomads Group

Many thanks to Global Nomads Group CEO Courtney Welsh for spending time with us yesterday! Our most recent Actionable Innovations Conversation focused on GNG's Content Creation Lab program, in which young people from around the globe develop leadership skills while collaborating on the creation of relevant and engaging courses for their peers. According to their website, "The Content Creation Lab (CCL) was established in the summer of 2020 as a way to fill a need for young people to have quality, remote, internship experiences during a global pandemic." These youth-designed learning experiences can be used as standalone courses in schools or incorporated as units into existing courses. Current courses available to the public at no cost are listed here. These courses seem like terrific vehicles for student voice. Participating in CCL gives middle school, high school, and college-aged students real-world opportunities to work with others across borders on meaningful topics.
