Action Research Process

?????? ???????????? ???????????????? ?????????????? ???? ???????? ?????????????????????? ???????? ????????????????!

Yes, problems exist everywhere we go and so should the solution to the problem exist everywhere. But how's that possible?

Let's discover...

1) You need to know 'what's the ideal situation?' and 'how different is the situation that it's a problem?' or 'what's the cause of the problem/s?'

2) What are the top 3-4 (tentative) factors in my control that I can adjust to solve the problem, at least considerably if not completely.

3) Are the solutions for the problem/s good enough? Will it help? How can I get sure of it?

4) How practical are my solutions, and how will I do it?

5) What are key metrics to know the solution is working? How to detect success or failure?

6) and what's next that can be done to improve the situation?

In short, the action research process is iterative. It's majorly about a tentative (non-conclusive) solution, improving processes/practices successively and developing new inquiries. It's effective because it starts context-based manner and ends open-ended way.

?? Here's a question at the end;

???? ???????????? ???????????????? ???????????? ?????????????? ???? ???????????????????????????? ?????? ?????????????????????????
