January at HEN served as a powerful launchpad for the year ahead, demonstrating the strength and vibrancy of this dynamic community
The new initiative in the new year is our effort to work with entrepreneurs move from point A to point B.
HEN first bootcamp ever was started with Neetu V Bansal , founder of Busienss Karya and Sales Coach who lead a cohort of 5 entrepreneurs build their actionable goal plan for FY25-26.
This month we had a whirlwind of activity focused on growth, connection, and empowerment
From intensive business bootcamps and targeted workshops to vibrant networking events and insightful live sessions, the month offered a diverse range of opportunities for women in business to learn, collaborate, and thrive.
Members honed their sales strategies, explored the power of vision boards, and delved into crucial topics like community building, target audience identification, and navigating the complexities of Meta ads.
Networking events across multiple cities fostered valuable connections, while specialized sessions connected entrepreneurs with artisans, global buyers, and essential compliance knowledge.
Through HEN’s live sessions, HEN members shared their entrepreneurial journeys, offering practical advice on topics ranging from corporate gifting and scaling a business to navigating commercial kitchen setups and the effectiveness of virtual networking.

1. 4-Week Sales Business Bootcamp with Neetu V Bansal for Entrepreneurs and SMEs
This Business Bootcamp is focused to help entrepreneurs declutter their mind, write their smart goals and create strategies and actionable goal plan for FY 25-26.

Week 1 of our bootcamp led by Neetu V Bansal , was focused on creating smart goals.
Week 2 of our bootcamp was focused on building strategies basis our business goals that we decided in week. We learnt 5 different strategy frameworks and looked forward to have the presentation on the same in the coming weeks.
Week 3 of our bootcamp was focused on sharing tools for creating action plans for 90 days goal plan.
2. HEN Night Adda - Create Vision Board
The night adda on creating vision board was initiated by our HEN member Aanchal Kejriwal founder of Arrangeitall.?
At HEN we have had a culture of first night adda of the year is about just coming together to make our own vision boards.?
We came together to create our vision boards for 2025. Rather than a workshop it was a collective effort to gain insights from each other.?

This night adda was initiated by Richa Mohata
With the new year the emphasis for Self pivot is on community building ( mental health meet-ups, workshops, a regular contact with clients, retreats etc.),
she was seeking help to understand from people who have done that, how it all began and what could she consider while thinking of community creation.
5. Networking Meet between Artisans + Entrepreneurs
A special networking event was co-hosted by HEN India and Bangalnatak.com, where the entrepreneurs connected with talented artisans specializing in breathtaking craftsmanship like Applique, Durrie, SitalPati, Dhokra, Dokra, Warli.
This event was a perfect opportunity for Designers & Brands Looking to Stand Out for the following reasons:
Attendees had the opportunity to meet and network with skilled artisans and see their amazing creations.?
They explored the potential of embroidery, applique, and other techniques for their design work.
They also got an opportunity to discuss chances of collaborating with and sourcing from these talented individuals.
6. HEN Bangalore Networking Offline Meet at Jakkur, Whitefield and Kormangal
Our HEN Member Tanushree? and Rukmani Ganpathi led the Jakkur Meet.

The first hour was buzzing with energy as we all got to know each other through group activities. It was a great way to break the ice and create a welcoming atmosphere.
The second hour provided a more relaxed and intimate setting for one-on-one conversations, allowing us to build deeper connections with individuals.
7. HEN Night Adda : Identify Your Target Audience
One of our HEN Power Circle Member Shraddha Naik asked for a session to brainstorm on her target audience.
We brainstormed to effectively reach the right people and generate genuine leads.

In this session, Shibaram Mishra founder of Buzet Web Digital broke down Meta Ads with real-world examples to help you maximize your return on investment.

In this offline meet the entrepreneurs got to showcase their products to the fellow entrepreneurs.

This #henmeet was dedicated to bring in awareness about the importance of women certified certificate by @weconnectinternational and explore business opportunities with corporate sector.
