Action on Climate must be on top of our global agenda as we proceed with the efforts to flatten the curve of COVID19

We should not forget that by 2030 we must achieve major reduction in Green House Gases (GHGs). If not, GHGs can prove to be another deadly virus .

Our inaction would lead from COVID19 to CLIMATE30.

Beyond doubt, Global peace is at stake. World is changing faster. Our action should be even faster. Fortunately, we have now a ‘School of Nature’ to give lessons, The COVID19 pandemic is the first such major lesson. This massive and global lesson, not created by any digital portal but by ‘University of Planetary Ecosystem’.

While the social and economic disruption around us is widening because of Corona Virus , we just cannot wait to design and act on the Climate Crisis. On occasion of 75th Anniversary of end of World War II and establishment of United Nations, we are compelled to rethink , re-imagine and reinvent the notion of ‘life-style-as-usual’.

Health humans and health-systems are number-one priorities. But sustainability is building block for health of planet. For tomorrows global leaders from university class rooms and campuses sustainability remains fundamental to global peace.
