This veteran-owned and operated business fulfils the needs of Territory businesses for Operational Consulting – targeting strategy, efficiency and continuous improvement. Through end-to-end consultancy, ACTIO Group brings together competitive intelligence and strategic alliances to deliver seamless programs to enhance business capabilities and competitiveness across the Northern Territory.

In the year they have been operational, ACTIO Group have already branched into Advisory, Recruitment, Defence Readiness Services and Capital, with a growing team of five industry expert advisors with diverse skills.
