Act Now Before Its Too Late

I hope you've been able to take time off during the holidays to celebrate with family and friends!

In just a few days, we'll be ringing in a new year and a new decade. No doubt, both personal and business growth is on your mind as you look to start and end the new year strong.

Here's what I've come to know that I believe will help you achieve whatever goals you've set for yourself.

Work is not about working hard. It's about getting results. Doing more of the same thing that isn't working for you is exhausting.

If this sounds like you, maybe it's time to try something new. It can be beneficial to have someone look at what you're doing with a fresh pair of eyes. There's probably a lot of tasks you can eliminate, which will free you up to focus on what matters.

It's lonely at the top. I work as a trusted advisor to a number of business owners and executives who look to me for advice on matters that are weighing them down. They tell me that having a confidential sounding board has allowed them to speed up the quality and timing of critical decisions. As a result, their businesses are growing, their stress is declining, and they're enjoying life more.

Now's the time to live your dreams. By now, you've probably heard the news. American astronaut Christina Koch broke the record for the longest time in space for a woman, with 289 days spent there, NASA announced.

My first thought when I heard about this was, "Now there's someone who is living her dream!" She's not talking about what she's going to do, nor is she telling people why she can't possibly do something.

She's living her dream. Can you say the same thing?
