The Act of Kindness

   It takes more effort to think of a negative comment than to say a kind one. I have heard the phrase "Be kind, you don't know what battles other people are facing", such a true and powerful quote. An opinion or different point of view is a way of expression, and is needed in life for perspective; but a negative, hateful comment does not do any good for anyone.

    Be kind.
