ACS New Orleans

It’s been some time, but just wished to say what a fabulous conference the ACS New Orleans was this year.?

With the topic being many “flavors of chemistry” there was so much for me to enjoy and be grateful for. Top 4 highlights for me were:

1.?????? Plenary Presentations by Andy Taylor and Devin Peterson , I really enjoyed hearing their views on collaboration and flavor analysis

2.?????? My good friend, Sensient teammate, and AGFD presentient elect Liz Kreger giving out prizes to the post-graduate poster presenters.? I did not realize quite how much the AGFD team do to organize these events

3.?????? Networking - meeting friends and college past, present and future.?

4.?????? Presenting Sensient recent research on Vanilla quality.? This was a great work by Callum Helcke and Katrin Pechinger that I had the pleasure to present.? Our appreciation goes to the Sensient Agronomy team, who be provided us with vanilla to study.

I am looking forward to the next conference.
