Egis signs agreement to acquire Omada Rail Systems, strengthening its rail expertise in Australia.

We’re delighted to announce the agreement to acquire Omada Rail Systems , a leading company in the Australian Rail industry, reinforcing our activity into Australia & New Zealand!

With this partnership, Egis will strengthen its expertise in Rail systems, particularly in signalling and telecommunications, offering clients the full range of Rail services and expertise.

Dubai - Egis in the Middle East

Visit of our Middle East CEO & management to two iconic projects from U+A in the UAE.

Quick description of both projects:

?? Emaar Creek Edge: 2 towers, 9 townhouses, 563 units in Dubai Creek Harbor. Area 95,456 sqm.

?? Mudon Central Park: DHRE project with 4-plex & 6-plex units, 400 units in Phases 1 & 2. 3-4 bedrooms, 200-300 sqm. 24-month supervision contract.

London - Egis in the UK

Egis led the delivery of the recently inaugurated Thanet Parkway station, a flagship project for the Kent Route.

The project consisted of a new station building, two 250-metre platforms capable of accommodating 12-car trains, associated signalling and telecoms as well as integration into the pre-existing road network.

Bogotá - Egis en Latam

Egis has just won third place in the Building category at the CEMEX Building Awards 2023 in Colombia. ??

Recognised for our work and commitment to excellence in the construction of the "El Coliseo Cubierto Gimnasio Moderno", this 3,791.10 m2 project in Bogotá, Cundinamarca, was an exciting challenge that allowed us to demonstrate our passion for innovation and quality in engineering, while working to minimise our environmental impact.

Bhubaneswar - Egis in India

A game-changing business opportunity win for Egis India in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Providing Project Management Unit services to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), this transformative contract with BMC and Egis India shall be beneficial for Egis, as this contract shall propel Egis to new heights and redefine the landscape of the city of Bhubaneswar with our outstanding Design and PMC capabilities in the PMU Project of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
