Acquisition of Soap and Allied Limited by Quality Beverages Limited

According to the Mauritian medias maurice-info et defimedia.info, Quality Beverages Limited (QBL) acquired Soap and Allied Limited (SAIL), and the two companies will now operate under common management.

Currimjee Industries (CIND), the majority shareholder of both companies, has announced the appointment of I?igo de Prado as Managing Director of the new group, with Azim Currimjee and Ashraf Currimjee joining the Board of Directors. The merger will improve our services and create a stronger and more competitive organization.
