Sold 2 Properties, Making Way for the Next Big Investment - 40-50 Unit.  Im creating this article to help others achieve their RE investing goals, not to show what I have done lately, I believe its about helping others and creating partnerships.  Here is my most recent transaction - I Just flipped my first 2 apartment buildings, doing a 1031 exchange and looking to acquire my next investment. I love Multi-Family Apartment Buildings and the Massive - Passive income they produce. My system is simple: acquire non-performing properties, reposition, rent them out and then refinance or sell for a healthy profit in order to acquire a bigger portfolio. Here are the 2 buildings I sold for $990K, which I bought with No Money of my own. I repositioned the properties and made a 407K profit. Not a bad payday for a couple years worth of work, I don't even call it work, its real life Monopoly.
