Sold 2 Properties, Making Way for the Next Big Investment - 40-50 Unit.  Im creating this article to help others achieve their RE investing goals, not to show what I have done lately, I believe its about helping others and creating partnerships.  Here is my most recent transaction - I Just flipped my first 2 apartment buildings, doing a 1031 exchange and looking to acquire my next investment.
