Decorative Layer: It is the top layer of the acoustic wall panel to show the colors and it can be made with

different materials: technical wood veneer, natural wood veneer, PVC film, malemine, HPL, leather, etc.

Eco-friendly Slat: It is the core material of the acoustic wall panel. The main material is MDF, whose

color is black and yellow. And Solid Hardwood, Bamboo, PS, WPC and other materials also can be used.

High-density Acoustic Polyester Fiber(PET): It is an ideal product in sound absorption and heat insulation materials. It has different density: 1350g/m , 1700g/m and different thickness: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, etc. And its common color is black but light grey, coffee and other colors also can be used.

It also has the function to fix the wall panels.

The slat acoustic wall panels consist of a solid core foundation wrapped in the richness of decorative

layer, all attached to PET felt as backing, which makes these optimal for style and noise cancellation.

DIFFERENT SLAT EDGES

1-Side Cover: The decorative/first layer is usually just wrapped on the top of the slat. It is with the

highest cost performance and it has strong sense of solid wood from the front.

3-Side Cover: The decorative/first layer is usually wrapped on the 3 side of the slat and it looks

same from the front and from the sides and thus it looks the same as solid wood which is integrated.

DIFFERENT MODELS & SHAPES

MDF Slat Width: 25mm, 27mm, 35mm, etc.

Separation Distance Between 2 Slats: 13mm, 15mm, 19.15mm, etc.

Application Choice: If installation areas are larger, can consider 27/19.15 type; If installation areas are smaller, can consider 27/13 type.

It is real-wood and born from a natural core and it is the most cost-effective choice.

Compared with natural wood veneer, it is more consistent in terms of appearance and color and is

generally free of surface knots, while still maintaining the natural wood grain from the core species used.

Compared with Malemine, PVC Film and HPL, it is more vivid and authentic.

NATURAL WOOD VENEER

It is a unique and beautiful material sliced from the log (flitch) of a tree. It is the most authentic and expensive. Each piece of veneer features an authentic pattern which is reflective of the species of tree.

PVC Film is a type of plastic film, typically used for decorative purposes.

PVC film is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material and it is 100% waterproof, fireproof,

durable & cost-effective.

Its color types are more than others, such as: wood series, pure color series, marble series,

metal series, etc.

PVC FILM-WOOD SERIES

Wood colors are characterized by a strong sense of wood, and can even replace high-quality logs

and they can be used in any places.

Thousands of wood grain colors are available: Oak, Walnut, Maple, Beech, Ash, Birch, Pine, Rose

wood, Sandalwood, Teak, etc.

PVC FILM-PURE COLOR SERIES

Pure colors can bring unique style to space. All tones of colors can be made: white, green, gray, black,

blue, yellow, orange, etc.

2、All small samples of the colors you ordered can be put in one box and thus this box can be given to each client directly for promotion.

3、Both normal small samples boxes without logo and customized small samples boxes with logo can be used.

Bulk Order Package:

1、Our carton quality is with good 5-layer material and it is very strong.

2、Our carton is usually with yellow color and white color can also be made.

3、Our common package is 2pcs/ctn, the quantity per ctn can also be customized,

such as 1pc, 3pc or 4pc.

4、Both carton without logo and customized carton with logo can be used.
