The Year in Review: Big Wins, Bigger Ambitions

2024 was a year of bold steps, remarkable growth, and transformative achievements.

Together, as a community-led organization, we’ve proven the power of collaboration, creativity, and commitment. Let’s celebrate the strides we made and set our sights on the even bigger ambitions ahead.

Highlights from Our Second Year As A Community

• Membership Milestone: We grew to 25 members, each contributing to the rich fabric of our community.
• Collaborative Committees: We launched 5 committees, driving key initiatives like the Buddy Up Program and the Leadership Awards.
• Innovative Services: We introduced new collective services to empower our members: FemInsight: Market insights into the female economy, Access: A membership for professional women. Think Tank: A platform for collective intelligence and problem-solving.
• Empowering Workshops: We hosted 5 workshops focused on Money and Growth, equipping members with tools for success.
• Content Growth: Published 31 blogs, a leap from 24 last year—continuing to share insights and amplify our members’ voices.
• Alumni Connection: Created an Alumni Group, because every member’s journey is a small yet meaningful step on a larger path.

A Story of Growth

This year, our website became a thriving hub of activity, reflecting the growing interest and engagement within our community. When we compare 2024 to 2023, the numbers tell an inspiring story:

• In 2024, we achieved 8,280 page views, a remarkable 20% increase from 6,916 in 2023. This growth underscores the rising visibility of our work.
• Sessions climbed from 3,685 in 2023 to 4,485 in 2024, a 22% boost that indicates more visitors exploring our site more frequently.
• The number of unique visitors rose to 2,757, up from 2,493—a 10% increase that signals our expanding reach to new audiences.
• Perhaps the most compelling metric, visitors stayed an average of 8 minutes and 46 seconds in 2024—an increase of over 3 minutes compared to 5 minutes and 3 seconds in 2023. This extended engagement highlights the value and relevance of our content.

These achievements are just the beginning. We’ve set the stage for even greater impact in 2025. We’re bringing some exciting new ideas to life!
