5 年Kieran Richardson have a question, 51 % of patients went to have surgical repair in within 5 years? How can you make this statement that ACLR is no longer needed?

5 年Hi Kieran Richardson, thank you very much for sharing that valious information. Is amazing that healing capacity. Regarding theses cases where complete rupture of ACL heal, I'm curious if some cases are at the beginning false positive's in MRI and especially for the case of the young netball female athlete that you shared, if lachman and pivot test were positive for severe ACL rupture at firsts assessments. Thank you!

5 年Hey Kieran! Thanks for sharing all these things and articles about acl injuries.? I fully torn my acl and also fractured tibia a bit in a snowboarding accident in December 18th 2018.? Decided not to do the surgery since I was able to walk and didnt have any weird moments with the leg. For sure it was swollen big time... got the extension and streching back in couple weeks. No pain at any time. Only when it happened.? Did bunch of exercises in the beginning and moved to gym after 6 weeks.? Our goal was to get me back on snowboard and it happened 6th of March.? And it worked and still works. Just came back from my last trip of the season.? For sure gonna keep doing the gym and all other sports to keep it strong.
