Acknowledge, Feel, Breathe

Acknowledge the fear:

Feel it physically and emotionally.

What comes up for you?

Don’t judge, don’t analyze, just feel

Breathe through it - keep breathing no matter how scary and uncomfortable.

Observe what you’re feeling physically and breathe into that area.

Feel your stomach rise and fall with the breath.

After sometime of just feeling- remind yourself you just made it through and you are okay.?

No matter how painful and scary it was you have survived.

The more you resist the fear, the more stress you will feel.?

Instead you accepted the fear, felt it and moved through it.

At this point you are in the moment, you are in your conscious brain.

You are no longer on autopilot.

You are now aware of your intuition.

You can now hear your inner voice.

You can now make decisions based on love not fear and ego.
