As a cybersecurity sales professional, I have had many privileges of witnessing the ever-evolving sales landscape, changing market dynamics, and multiple unknown factors in every region which affects the organization global expansion. Despite all these challenges, revenue growth and new market expansion is still the game of these three elements i.e., Organization Growth mindset, Innovation with agility and strategic marketing. Here’s a plan that integrates these elements..
