HubSpot Form Domain Updates

Do your forms appear on other websites?

Several clients have asked about a recent email notification saying that any form submissions from a domain other than your own will be considered spam unless that domain is on your accepted list.?

Some people read it to mean you already had to have someone from that domain in your database, or you had to add prospects’ email domains to your accepted list.? This isn’t the case.

Here’s what that means: if you have more than one domain where your forms appear, both domains should be on your accepted domain list. For example, we have HubSpot forms on our website (www.measuredresultsmarketing.com) as well as on our landing page domain (yeti.measuredresultsmarketing.com). We need to have both domains on our accepted list.?

This change, effective May 16, 2024, protects HubSpot users from malicious players who may take your form code and put it on another website.?

HubSpot's New Pricing Model

On March 5, new HubSpot customers will see a change to a pay-per-seat model. Although this will not affect existing HubSpot customers immediately, there may be an implication in the future. To read about this change, see HubSpot's article.
