I can’t believe a year has passed so quickly. My team and I are eagerly looking forward to returning to Las Vegas for Oracle CloudWorld 2023. It promises to be an invaluable opportunity to learn from experts, network with peers, and explore the latest innovations available to all our customers and partners.
We are laser focused on keeping our customers and their success at the heart of everything that we do. Safra Catz will emphasize this in her opening keynote, and I'll echo this sentiment, focusing on the lasting success customers achieve with Fusion Applications. While I’m excited to make new product announcements, I'll also highlight the stories and experiences of our customers and their accomplishments.

Today, we face unprecedented challenges in navigating our uncertain world.? Before 2020, I used to talk about the business disruptions caused by Amazon and Netflix, and how businesses were transforming their models. And then, the world changed.?
The pandemic ushered in remote work, a surge in digital customer relations, caused economic ambiguities, and spawned global crises. Change has continued to be the only constant.

Frances Chao, group vice president, Enterprise Business Systems at Providence will be one of several customers to join me onstage, and we’ll discuss how Providence handled the massive disruption during the pandemic, yet still managed to deploy new ERP, HCM and SCM solutions from Oracle. Frances oversees a huge operation, and with the aid of our applications, Providence made significant strides in lessening the administrative burden on caregivers and delivering a better patient experience.
You may remember that in the last year’s keynote, we introduced Oracle B2B with our partners JP Morgan Payments and FedEx.? Oracle B2B aims to remove friction from B2B transactions and automate end-to-end business processes, delivering a consumer-like e-commerce experience for business.? Well, we made more investments in B2B this year and signed on more partners, which we will announce at the conference.
I’ll welcome Craig Halterman, the chief information officer at Cohu, onstage to talk about Cohu’s pivotal role in the high-tech equipment and semiconductor industry. With Oracle's help across ERP, SCM, and CX, they've been able to integrate their acquisitions much faster, without sacrificing the effectiveness of the business. I can’t wait for all of you to hear his insights firsthand.
