I have been trying to achieve some daily goals for the past 5 Days. Today is day 5 of my 30-day plan of achieving the daily goal. Like any new attempt, I have success on some days and struggled on others. So I went in search of tips, tools and ideas on how to set and achieve goals more successfully. In my quest, I stumbled upon a very useful theory of goal setting and motivation by Latham and Locke (1990). Here I share the same and hope you all will benefit from the same.
5 principles of powerful goal setting.
Additional actions which can enhance goal attainment
While I plan to use these to enhance my goal attainment, I eagerly look forward to your response to the above-mentioned tips.
