Achievers vs Survivors
One off my life lessons, thought to share.......
About a decade ago, I had a strong writing habit that gradually faded away. I stopped writing for a long time and found myself just surviving rather than thriving.
Then, I encountered someone who had achieved great success in the spiritual world, having authored numerous books and songs. During a conversation, someone asked the writer how they managed to write so much. They explained that they write at various times - sometimes early in the morning at 5 AM, sometimes at noon, and sometimes they even wake up late at night around midnight or 1 AM to write.
We were curious about why someone would do this, and that became the next question. The answer was something I once knew but had forgotten in fear of falling behind. They said that when you get into the right headspace (what we now call "the zone"), you should immediately put pen to paper and capture your thoughts, or else they'll be lost.
This reminded me that I used to do the same thing - writing whenever thoughts were swirling in my mind. This is what all achievers do: they write, learn, or work when they're in the zone. The beautiful thing is, the more you utilize these moments, the more frequently you'll find yourself getting into the zone.
This is the biggest difference between achievers and survivors. Once you become a mere survivor, it's all too easy to remain in that state.
It's crucial to make use of your "zones" because procrastination can be deadly to creativity and be productivity.
Make use of your zones as procrastination kills... Enjoy your zones and achieve more :)........

3 个月Great message Nagesh. Writing is the first thing to materialize your dreams. When you write you bring your hypothetical thoughts into real world. Writing is awakening. Keep writing and sharing your thoughts. All the best to coming back to same zone.
