Achievement Unlocked: Understanding Autism, Level 2 (via NCFE)
Really happy to achieved this, something I see every day in my personal life and very very common in my work life.
From dealing with organisations and sites working with autism sufferers to engineers, in fact it's very common for technology related employees to be somewhere on the autistic spectrum.
Possibly a personal opinion, but being able to understand the condition and how best to work with people who are on the spectrum should be considerably higher on training agenda's both for companies and individuals.
