Only recently I realised that the method that I have developed over the last decade to help businesses and individuals during my mentoring sessions with them, to quickly and easily achieve their financial goals, is now backed by the latest scientific research. I cannot go into much detail here, but to summarise, the second step in my method says "Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled" and you may have heard this before as it was made famous by Neville in his book "The Power of Awareness" and he goes on to say "until your assumption has all the sensory vividness of reality". You see science will tell you that we all have an electrical/magnetic field that surrounds our bodies and when we change our emotions we change the energy in that field. The matter in our surroundings change physically because of this effect and this is how we influence our own present and future environment, related to health, finances or relationships.
By merely imagining what it feels like, to be healed, to achieve financial abundance or to have perfect relationships, you can easily achieve these goals.
Here is a bit of an explanation. We are now living in the 21st century, and we’ve become so accustomed to the understanding that all thought processes happen in the brain. And while there are times when it definitely serves us to use the logic of our brain, there are also times when we actually limit ourselves by answering life’s big questions through logic alone. We all experience different kinds of challenges in life that are best solved through different ways of thinking: some with the brain and some with the heart. And while feeling our way through our challenges may be less familiar in our fast world of technology and digital information, in a very real sense, feeling or emotion based problem solving could be a much more effective way to deal with our problems. Let me give you an example. I used to be a smoker and as we all know smoking is an addiction. I used to think that if I am disciplined enough to stop and consistent in my approach I will never need to smoke again. However eventually after attending a seminar to help me stop smoking which worked almost instantly, I realised why the logic I was using could never be effective. I was relying purely on the thinking happening in my brain and the moment my emotion took over I would go back to smoking again.
However once I felt the feeling or elation of giving up and I could imagine myself in this state, I realised how good it feels to not be a smoker and how awful it feels to smoke. Instantaneously I experienced a transformation and my problem was solved then and there.
