  2. Complete Your Registration: Once you confirm your eligibility, the next step is to create your myTMI account. This account allows you to access the online application process. Fill out the registration form accurately, providing details about your educational background and work experience. After successfully submitting your application, you’ll proceed to the fee payment screen and receive an email confirming your registration and payment.?
  3. Study and Prepare: Following your registration, the logistics team will reach out via email to verify your shipping information. Promptly respond to ensure the timely delivery of your Resource Box, which includes essential study materials such as TMI’s flagship publications. These resources will aid your preparation for the GTML? certification exam.?
  4. Schedule Your Exam: You can schedule your GTML? exam through your myTMI dashboard. Candidates have 180 days from the date of registration to take the exam. Remember to provide two valid, government-issued IDs and familiarize yourself with the exam policies to avoid any issues.?
  5. Award: Upon passing the exam and meeting all requirements, you will be recommended for the GTML? credential. ? Track 1 focuses on candidates with a bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business, Management, or allied disciplines. It requires a minimum of 10 years of full-time work experience in HR sub-functions.?

? Track 2 is for individuals holding a bachelor's degree in any discipline, necessitating at least 12 years of relevant work experience in HR sub-functions.?

? Track 3 targets those who have completed a master's degree or diploma in HRM, Business, Management, or related fields, requiring 8 years of experience in HR sub-functions.?

If a candidate has been a TMI credential holder for at least one year, they are eligible for GTML? after meeting candidacy norms, passing the GTML? exam, and fulfilling 7 years of work experience in HR sub-functions.?
