Achieve 2.0 | REACH | Transformative Leadership Journey

A Tata Group program hosted by Corporate Learning and Development team of Tata Communications , aims to enhance the representation of women in leadership roles and give them a runway to grow, lead and succeed.

My experience was enriching, featuring interactive sessions, self reflection exercises, case studies mentored by experts such as Deepa Shankar , Zubin Mulla and Nitin Behki . Additionally, we had the profound opportunity to engage with inspirational women leaders across Tata Group companies - Rashmi Devakumar Snigdha Singh and Aishwarya Omprakash

Inspired by the insights gained, I am now committed in applying the learnings.

Being curious about small little things, making allies and partners to grow and succeed, building a personal brand, this has also aided in breaking the barrier and sharing my thoughts on the LinkedIn Network ??
