  • Someone great at resume not able to articulate the answers;
  • Someone Great at academics not able to "Connect the dots".

  • when they focus on #Speed they miss #Content

Few Questions ?

1. Introduce yourself ? - Should we give same answer to#Technical Manager, same as we give to #HR.

2. 123 Acronym - 1- minute, 2- Employer and 3- Accomplishment, Importance and practice.

3. STAR Way : Situation, Task, Activity and Result ( Followed by Quality, Cost, Time ) - Just 4 Words focus approach.

4. Do you know about "Trump" questions and how to observe them.

5. Most Surprising : You can get select EVEN if you are #not able to answer most toughest technical questions (???)

6. Acronym of 321 - To answer "why you want to join this organisation"

7. Acronym BEST - To answer your #Strength and #Weakness

8. Which is Best Question to ask apart from Career Graph.

With purely on my own experience. Propitiatory Primary and Secondary Research would like to share the BEST INTERVIEW practices.

This is just one step to support to Job seekers who needs guidance on cracking interviews through very simple practices.
