Accounting/Billing Specialist

Spherion is recruiting for an Accounting person who has experience with A/R, Billing, Cost Accounting and Collections. This is a Direct Hire, permanent position with a company that offers an incredible benefits package. Experience in the Construction arena is heavily preferred.

Responsibilities:

The A/R/Billing person will be responsible for maintaining and creating job files, billing, review budget information for accuracy and completeness, process AIA billings, enter and submit billing based on data received from Project Managers, review billing for errors, invoice submission, account reconciliations, work in ERP and create/maintain/distribute various reports for Accounting and Project Managers.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
