A global risk management business with more than 300 million customers worldwide. Its comprehensive portfolio of insurance products and solutions protects consumers families, homes, properties, and more. This $6.5 billion corporation employs more than 10,000 people over several continents. Only 2 years ago, its partners included nine out of the top 20 best global brands.
Challenge
The company which works with different subsidiaries and partners worldwide, had an outdated ERP system that required to track our transactions on Excel. They were also experiencing some revenue recognition issues. Softedge Technologies was approached to create a specialized ERP system that would automate and centralize some of our accounting processes.
Solution
Armed with a newfound understanding of the client’s needs, Softedge designed a digital solution that would meet the stakeholders’ requirements, allowing them to digitalize and optimize their current accounting processes generating saves in time and resources by using a new modern platform.
The project was complex, and the deadlines were tight, but Softedge was convinced it could still build a technically and operationally excellent platform on time, we needed to convince our client that it was working with a partner who shared likewise values and work culture.
Results and Feedback
