Don't overlook the...

Being a developer (tech) comes with many gainsays, imposter syndrome, procrastination, laziness and what have you.

Being a developer is not just an easy task as experienced when you had the zeal to kickstart the journey. People replace their capabilities with feeble alternatives due to setbacks in the journey while some don't even reach their destination and end up in fields they never liked to find themselves.

The question is "how accountable were they?". But how much do you care about them because they have already deleted their 'scrimba', 'vscode' and what have you for something else and so direct this question to you reading this article "how accountable are you?" leading us to our next paragraph.

How accountable are you?

Many developers had different reasons of getting into this field and what is yours. Some are into technology because of their family history. Yes, (his/her) great grandparent was a techie through to his parent and now him/her and due to this trait, tech jobs have been classified as the family job in the family and he will not want to be the first person to end the career so (he/she) has to continue as default setting.

Some are also in for because the salary trends of tech workers, someone might have heard the salary of a FAANG worker and was thrilled to divert to the technology field.

You might also be in the technology field because you wanted to follow your passion, some of you are very visionary to the extent of making the world a better place through his/her acquired technical skill just like the sole aim of Facebook. I recently found out that there are pick pocketers in the States who are legally licensed to steal people's items for various reasons as well there are people trained to hack systems as a form of security tests but some of these people end up being a treat and many other reasons trigger people to do technology...
