Hello Success Goers. ?I am excited to jump into accountability week! This week, we're exploring how accountability through atomic habits, behavioral activation, and embracing vulnerability can propel us toward living in our success and living a life aligned with our deepest values and beliefs. To begin, I want to share great news.? My workbook, KEY STEPS TO LIVING A HAPPIER HEALTHIER LIFE: Part 1 A Life Worth Living, dropped this week..? This workbook is coming off the heels of the Saying Good Bye To Bad Brain book.? After writing about the negative narrative and how to address the complicated feat of overcoming these automatic, self-defeating thoughts, I wanted to build a workbook that broke things down in a more positive manner and helped build, from the ground up, a foundation of value and worth. ?Click here to buy on Amazon.

?? Feature: The Intentional Success Triangle
?
Achieving true success isn't about chasing external validation or arbitrary goals. It's about living intentionally, harmoniously with our core values and beliefs. This week, we introduce the Intentional Success Triangle:
?
1. Atomic Habits: Tiny changes aligned with your values
2. Behavioral Activation: Acting, regardless of mood
3. Strategic Vulnerability: Opening up to growth and connection
?
When these three elements work together, they create a powerful force for intentional living and genuine success.
?
?? Insight of the Week: The 1% Rule
?
James Clear's "Atomic Habits" teaches us that tiny, consistent improvements compound over time. By improving just 1% each day, you'll end up 37 times better by the end of the year! Setting environmental cues can help us remind ourselves of atomic habits. If we want to take a lunch for healthier eating, put your lunch pail next to your keys to take it with you before leaving for work. Share your environmental cues for accountability in the comments!
?
Action Step: Identify one small habit that aligns with your core values. ?Commit to improving it by 1% daily.
?
???♀? Challenge: The Mood-Action Flip
?
Behavioral Activation shows us that action often precedes motivation. Instead of waiting to feel good to act, we act to feel good. You can hear more about it on our?YouTube channel.
?Behavioral Activation is about setting lists and connecting it to our feelings and thoughts. Make 3 lists: Mastery, Pleasure, and Needs. We want to do a cycle of mastery, need, and then pleasure. This will help us to stay on a flow of purpose-driven behaviors.
This Week's Challenge: Choose three value-aligned activities. Schedule them in your calendar and commit to doing them, regardless of your mood. Notice how your emotions shift after taking action.

??? Vulnerability Corner: Courageous Conversations
?
Brené Brown says, "Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change." This week, we're practicing strategic vulnerability to deepen our connections and drive personal growth.
?It is important to be available and vulnerable to succeed at your goals. Vulnerability is the courage to show up and be seen, even when there are no guarantees. It involves being open, honest, and authentic, which can be challenging but is essential for true accountability. Vulnerability is important for accountability because:
Openness: Being vulnerable allows you to be open about your limitations, fears, and mistakes. This openness is key to building trust and credibility.
Authenticity: When you allow yourself to be vulnerable, you present your true self, making your commitments and actions more genuine.
Growth: Vulnerability enables learning and growth. By acknowledging mistakes and asking for help, you can improve and develop resilience.
Connection: Vulnerability fosters deeper connections with others. It shows that you are human, which can inspire others to be accountable as well.
