Account Manager (German Speaker), Remote UK Competitive Salary + Benefits

We're proud to be working exclusively again with HotelREZ and their leadership team as we look for a passionate customer-focused Account Manager to join their dynamic team. German speaking skills are a must for this role, additionally, Dutch would be advantageous due to the developing portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who is an enthusiastic self-starter and willing to jump in and roll their sleeves up. Due to the nature of the role and the business the ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a proven track record of identifying cross/upsell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance.

The role is remote with some travel across the UK to visit client hotels and attend various meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individual account strategies both short and long-term to maximise opportunities within the designated/prospective customers
• Develop and maintain customer/prospective customer satisfaction in all areas of the HotelREZ value proposition
• Protect and develop the accounts for HotelREZ
• Achieve agreed targets for revenue and profitability within the designated accounts
• Personal responsibility for the development of operational and strategic relationships at all levels with personnel within the customers/prospects
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Promote HotelREZ in person at industry events and through a range of marketing channels
• CRS (SynXIS) experience or similar is a must
