Title: Accountant

?

Responsibilities:

·???????Collaborate with HR and Finance/Accounting teams to maintain accurate payroll information by collecting, verifying with the system of record, preparing payroll notes, entering data into payroll system including new employees, terminations, LOA, transfers, promotions, variable compensation, etc.

·???????Prepare and process multi-state payroll ensure accuracy of each pay run and manage payrolls

·???????AP responsibilities, 1099 contractor invoice collection, checking, and payments

·???????Financial statements preparation, Income tax filling and related tax payments assistant

·???????Develop and maintain desktop procedures and process documentation for area of responsibility.

·???????Actively contribute and participate in the ongoing updates

Requirements:

·???????Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

·???????Relevant work experience in a related field is preferred

·???????Strong organizational skills; must be detail-oriented

·???????Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, solve problems analytically, and show discretion with confidential information

·???????Strong planning and organization skills

Must Haves:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in an accounting/financial management/client management role.

- Language requirement English, Mandarin is a plus

- Good English communication skills

- Experience in the CPA firm
