Have you always felt that you are always reading and not taking action, then try to follow this equation.
20-10-70 rule
Read about your goal 20 % of the time, and plan 10 % of the time. But take action for the 70 % of the time.

Communication
When we are confronted by a difficult conversation, we all are going through a process.
Feel -> Act.
For instant Jack has a difficult conversation with Jill. But Jill is not very receptive. Jack could feel it and so he acts with silence or blames Jill for everything.
Jack feels a certain way and so he acts in a certain way.
The problem is the. stories Jack is telling himself. They are not true. Jill might have other reasons, but Jack builds a story immediately that could sabotage their relationship.
So in between See and Hear--> feel and Act in the middle lies' stories.
That would make all the difference.
Worthy Reading
I am reading Player Piano by Kurt Vonnegut.
What if machines take over the jobs, then what happens to the people? That is the premise of novels.

What I learnt this week?
I learnt not to take feelings as absolutes. Feels are so fickle. Never make discussions on feelings. Make decisions with data.
